Day3


Today is our 2 day for our blog. Yesterday we ate cake ,right? So today we have to burn!!! Our way to burn is very easy you can  do them at your home. Look at our power!

Nice would get angry if we don't exercise.

We didn't know what name of this step but we just followed our trainer.
Do you see it was very easy!

Step2.
This step it was call squarts!

Step3.
It was our last step so we have to cool down with sha sha style.
This step was look like a little funny! but it could burn very very good.

when we went back home we would eat low fat food. But we couldn't tell you because it was our secret. If you ate more food. We thought just 3 steps isn't enough. So don't forget to get more exercise!! and if someone reading on our blog now, Pls tell us more way to get beach body.But now I have trick to tell you.

First! you have to remember NO PAIN NO GAIN and NO GYM NO PROBLEM.
And find the pic of body that you like! and set it on your cellphone wallpaper.
